Tuesday, May 10th

Back to work today, seems weird without Tanya at work , she is in Portugal for a week. I have friday off too, so that will be nice, 2 long weekends in a row. Trevor and Brayden went to the Eadies to work on their play structure. The eadie girls came over to play too.

Monday, May 9th

I had today off and I had a very productive day. I cleaned like crazy and then went shopping. Was beautiful weather too. Fun having a long weekend.  The kids went swimming at Kinsmen pool, Trevor and I went to Home Depot and looked at stuff, paint colors and backsplash stuff.  Fun night.

Sunday, May 8th

Happy Mothers Day!!  Well the kids made me breakfast in bed, how fun!  Waffles and crossants with sausages and eggs and orange juice. Went to church and the kids sang a song to all the moms. Very sweet, soon they will be older and wont be doing anything like that.  I will enjoy it while I can. Came home an had a nice relaxing afternoon with the kids and Trevor. Mom & Dad and the Reids came over for a bbq.

Saturday, May 7th

I took the girls to Ottawa for an 8-11 yr old stake activity.  They made jewlery, had a dance lesson, a drums lesson and make layered cookies in a jar for all the moms for mothers day.  They had a great time. I slipped out for  a few minutes and went shopping at the St.Laurent mall.  Got mom a mothers day gift.  We went home and met Brayden and Trevor. They had been busy too.  The went to the driving range, and got some beautiful flowers for me and Mary for mothers day. We all went to Sherris house and had a bbq for mothers day with Mary.

Friday, May 6th

Yeah, Friday. Oh how I love Fridays!  Tonite Lexus slept over, he is in Pembroke for the  weekend. Brayden was very happy.  It was our turn to host "Flex Friday" a games night that a bunch of people from church have the first friday of each month.  Alot of people came, the house was full.  We played maffia and I was the narrator. I really have to think of more creative ways to tell the story of people's deaths.  Stephan was really good at it. Oh, the Wolfs, we miss you so....Especially at games nights!!

So, had an ultrasound this morning for a minor little problem.  The kids are too funny, they saw that it said ultrasound on the calendar and they were asking me all kinds of  silly questions.  Do you have a baby in there mom...was one of the questions.  How funny, so I explained things to them so they wouldnt wonder :)  Delaney is working on a lego project to enter into a contest.  She is excited about it, she is building a space station , it looks great.

Monday, May 2nd

Monday morning, why do you keep coming back ending the weekend to early... After work we took the kids swimming at the Kinsmen Pool, they had a great time.

Sunday, May 1st

Church was only 1 hour today because there was no running water.  Trevor thought part way through that he might know how to fix it and I told him, `dont fix it until people all start leaving when we are done.` I know, what a bad person I am....  I was just kinda tickled that church was shorter is all.  We had the Sherlocks and the Reids and mom and dad over for dinner.  The Sherlocks had Joel with them, they had just gotten back from being away in Utah (picking up Joel).  Fun night with friends, everytime we spend time with friends I think of all the wonderful friends we have.  Alot of them live here but there are some who live farther away that we would love to just call and have them come over.  We miss them lots!!

Saturday, April 30th

The last day of April,  and the weather was so nice!!  Today was Zac`s 2nd birthday.  A wiggles party, Ty was very excited about everything. He had a whole thing planned for all the kids to sing wiggle songs but when it came time, he was a bit shy and didnt want to sing in front of people.  I wore sandals and capris!!!  whoo hoo.

Today was a crazy windy day!!  Trees were falling down all over the place and power outages everywhere.  The power went out at my work around 4pm and we all left around 4:30pm to go home early. We went to the Reids house and had pizza for dinner.  Karen, Phil and Trevor & I went to a play in Beachburg at the Orange Hall.  One of the girls from work was in it and her daughter.  Went back and picked up the kids , who stayed and hung out with Kim for the evening.

Wednesday, April 27th

Today was book club and I was feeling like junk, from a cold that keeps hanging around, so I decided to stay home.  The kids and I went to Sherri`s to pick up a shirt to fix for Ty for Zac`s birthday. He showed us his easter eggs that he made at his aunts house on the weekend.  Came home and I nursed my cold :)

Tuesday, April26th

Tonite was 8-11 yr old and YM, YW  activity.  Trevor and the kids all went to the church and I went to the new store for a ribbon cutting ceremony. I came home and met a friend of Trevors cousin Jen`s at our house. She wants me to make her wedding cake, so she brought a picture and we talked about details about the cake. Should be kinda easy, I hope.  It isnt until june 25th, so thats good.
